How you pick?

I would like to know from you, who read my blog, the choice of pick for the below:

Option 1 -
Working almost half of the 24 hours during business peak periods for employer
No personal time much for own personal activities
Monthly pay is on-time, no worry on $ related stuff

Option 2 -
Working as business partner with offer by someone work well with
Working as a business partner, but not as an employee
Monthly pay is given plus other benefits as a business partner
Have to take the risk of business opportunities that might arise

    2nd option.. Might be high income than monthly basic salary.. High risk, high gain!

    2nd Option, if you believe that has a market. May suffer beginning, but is alright. So always keep liability low. 1st option is secure but ordinary gain, but it will be forever like this. Support you to go for 2nd option. Next, it would be the potentiality of the business you are going in. For more concrete suggestion, a yum cha session is a must then.

    2nd option, coz both also work 24 hours to me. Sacrifice your own personal with gaining loads of income.

    Always go for it and try something new & no regret...

    2nd option looks good, but there are some things I might need to consider if I were u:-

    (1) Since the business just started, how do u see the current profile of the Company?

    (2) How many staff r there to help u? Can you cope with more stress? It will be more challenging & more things to take up later on (should be much more than what u r facing now).

    (3) How flexible will ur work be wen u moved there?

    (4) I believe u will have some shares of the Company later on, what r the new commitments that u foresee?

    (5) If there is a risk in the business later on, can u still sustain ur current commitments?

    Anyway, no pain, no gain. I'd love start a business myself, so I will always support those who dare to think & move out of the box.

    U'll have my full support no matter which path u'll take, but I think deep down in ur heart, u already have an answer. U just need some courage & supports...

    Yes, our business plan must go on... I am saving more now. I think I should be able to gain more ideas after the trip. V must carry out our plan in the 2nd half of the year...

    anyway, not sure what business you and your partner going to venture. but if it is CRM and ERP, then the business is potential. the rest of the effort, is to put on your company. was exposed to a market forecast report of an international freight forwarding company owned by 董建华 when i was overseas. it says China will slowly focuses on manufacturing high quality products. many of the current products will be shifted to south east asia, like myanmar, vietnam, indonesia. may be not directly in Malaysia but business activities will increased, followed by economy in this region. CRM and ERP businesses are potential. over to you

    Thanks Lai on sharing of information, will talk to you more when we meet for yum cha, in fact it's dealing with the solution. Remember we talked abt CRM solution for the Insurance industry? This time the similar too, but different industry and different tool. Tool is just a tool, we r still dealing with solution.

    Jess, of course is you would like higher income, then it will be business. Depends on wat u need. Everyone will wan more money but dunno whether they are happy or not. Same like me..I am not always happy but for me, it is not the work but more on friends...ppl like u to make my day brighter. Work is just for survival. Therefore, to answer the above, I would support for business. Good luck
