How you pick?

I would like to know from you, who read my blog, the choice of pick for the below:

Option 1 -
Working almost half of the 24 hours during business peak periods for employer
No personal time much for own personal activities
Monthly pay is on-time, no worry on $ related stuff

Option 2 -
Working as business partner with offer by someone work well with
Working as a business partner, but not as an employee
Monthly pay is given plus other benefits as a business partner
Have to take the risk of business opportunities that might arise
