Good Friend.Good Food

 

Good friend, Joanne was calling for a dinner~

We have had a wonderful night at the Brussels @ Setia Walk

Enjoying the good foods and nice beer

Blackthorn Apple Cider Beer with dinner started with a salad,

follow with  their specialty, the meat balls and a grilled salmon slice

Dinner was ended with a yummy dessert, cream brûlée.

Brussels, a good place for a nice dinner and chill out~

 

As usual, we talked about everything...

on our career life, life thought, personal stuff...

Miss the 2 littles of Joanne who she didn't have them came along

Treasuring the good friends I have and shall keep on in touch with them

What I have did at February...

It has been long I didn't write here...

So, what I have did at February?

It's a pretty busy month for me, mainly on my works...

Yet, I have my personal activities on~

I have CNY open-house visit to Joanne's house

Meeting her lovely twin and we have had good times together

Andrea and Andrene, I miss both of you... especially Andrene

She is cute and cheerful~

Having CNY dinner with Bobo Club sisters...

We have the famous 'pun choy' at one of the famous restaurant at Puchong

Another CNY dinner with my group of old times buddies

Another great dinner we have had with great friends and laughters 

Went to Tian Hou Temple at the Chap Goh Mei

Prayed for a good blessing year for my family (both Liew & Chang)

and myself too...  

I have been busy helping brother to clean his new house

before he moved into his new house

I was like a maid to her... hahahaha...

In return, brother treated us yummy meal with big crab

Yum yum... what a delicious meal 

Having good tea time with Michelle at one of the weekend

Cathing up each other since she has back to KL from China

Having great time spending together, talk about anything in us 

The dessert is yummy, mango ice-cream with the pastry

This one was the voucher I bought online

A dine-in meal voucher at Blue Cow, Plaza Damas Sri Hartamas

for their famous big breakfast

This is truly a good deal I got for the voucher i have bought online

Big breakfast is big in portion, and is nice in taste except for the little bit salty with their bacon

Made myself a yummy breakfast at one of the weekend

It's a good enjoyment I love to have myself

And I remain the happy go lucky one

being contented, cheerful at all times...

Pre-Xmas Celebration

We have pre-Xmas celebration

Due to some of us not free on the Xmas day

This year we have it at newly opened restaurant, Gourmandis

They served us the so called 5 courses of fine dining

Yet, it's not up to my expectation in term of the foods served

I will rate it 5 out of 10 only.

This year, we have celebration with some gentlemen joining us

there are boy friends of my best girl friends

More merrier, more funs, more laughters and more gifts!

It's a great night again

Thought foods served was below my expectation

But the gifts I have got was above my expectation

Chit-chating, laughters cheered everyone of us! 

Thanks all for the great night we spent together

and thanks for the gifts I have got for this Xmas!

Again, I felt it tonight at a good dinner with my good friend.
We shared a lot and we realised that we were supporting each other

Shiok Sendiri

Saturday, a 'shiok sendiri' day for Teresa and me, Do you know what's the meaning of 'shiok sendiri'? 

'Shiok' is commonly used in Malaysia, it essentially is used to convey a feeling of sheer pleasure and happiness

'Sendiri' is own-self. So in short having fun on ourselves :) 

We bought the on-line deal, manicure + padicure

So, today we were going for the deal before the it get expired.

The shop doesn't gave us the impressive good service

The manicurist was having her own personality which I found her...

yet to know how to work in the service industry... 

But, she does have good skill on the manicure and padicure

Emmm, not complaining here...

We did have our happy leisure time, experiencing the pretty on our nails and toes!

Feeling shiok... :)

I bought gift for my dear Emily, and so happened she bought gift for me!

So we exchanged!

Friendship ~

I hardly keep in touch with my classmates of primary & secondary schools much. There are only very few of them have turning to be my good friends, easily counted with my 10 fingers. One of them, I lost her contact since long ago, and finally we met at the CNY this year She is Ping Ping, we were classmates since Form 1 to Form 5, we used to study, run activities together. Yesterday, she came visit me and we managed to talk about personal, family, life opinions. I found she have experienced a lot for the past few years... up and down. She turned to be a thoughtful girl now, just like what I have turned to be too. Feeling comfy and relax talking to her, think we both are sharing the same thought for life. I love what she said "I want Quality friends, not Quantity friends", hope that I am your Quality friend :) But you are definitely my Quality friend. 

My good friend, I wish you all the best at coming years,  you have done well for your family! Do the same for yourself... Happy and glad we are back in contact, do wish our friendship last forever.

We shared our thoughts, interests, hobbies, problems and many many more

Today, she is leaving the company we work together

I just back from the dinner with her, to bid her farewell

I sincerely wish her all the BEST in her upcoming endeavor

I will be missing her as a colleague started today
Yet I wish our sisterhood will be keep on forever

Toast & butter, on the house by Chef n Brew Minnestrone, taste like borsch soup, boost my appetite
Cream of Mushroom, not a bad one too
Appetizer we have, Mango & Shrimp Cocktail... an ordinally one
Grill Bombay Chicken
a chicken chop with spicy sauce + french fries + vege
worth a try on this, yummy!
Grill Salmon Steak
a salmon steak + french fries + cucumber slices
with lime juice add on it, it's more delicious!
Spaghetti Turkey Ham Olio
a spagetti with turkey ham slices + mushroom + vege
Just nice for Emily who just recoverred from sore throat
I personally found it nice too!
