Good Exercise

Hill Track is good exercise I like

Moving my body after a 5 days sitting in the office

Walking is especially good, because it increases circulation to the brain

I found this is a good way to re-charge myself

Love the sun light went thru the trees and branches into the forest

warm sun light in an early morning of Saturday... so comfy!

A Nice Day

Last Sunday,we were having a nice day for our annual activity... Praying our grandparent at Ching Ming, a Chinese annual practice to commemorate our ancestors.

It's a day not too hot, windy, blue sky with white clouds, and the weather was just nice, plus greenies surrounding us... What a nice day!

A Peaceful One~

Do you want to stay at a place...

that every morning you wake up...

you will be able to see this view thru your window?

My answer is "Yes, I do"

But the answer is applicable to me while I'm at my retire age,

that i wish for a peaceful lifetime by then.

Spectacular Sunset

On the way to Tanjung Tualang, Perak for yummy seafood dinner
We were impressed by the spectacular sunset at Malim Nawar
